Due to the nature of our site full refunds are unfair to our long term subscribers, therefore, our refund policy is strict. No refunds will be given for the first 6 months of your subscription. After the first 6 months of your subscription you will be elligable for only the number of whole months remaining of your subscription. We feel this will keep a number of people signing up, using the resources and requesting a refund to a minimum as it is unfair to our other members.

Refunds will be prorated depending on your annual subscription fee.

Cancelled memberships

If your membership was terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions of Use (which you agreed to upon registering) you will receive no refund as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
